Dutch Oven Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 pounds of potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 stick of butter or margarine
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- Dash of garlic salt
- 2 bay leaves
- Celery salt to taste
- Basil to taste
Set up your charcoal or gas grill to 250°F using indirect heat. Place onions, butter, potatoes and seasonings in Dutch oven. Cover and bake for about1-1/2 to 2 hours, or until tender. Serves 6
